Mahogany condo buildings
These are the Mahogany buildings we have a page for, each with its own listings, sold history and building details:
- Waterside at Mahogany, 1802 Mahogany Boulevard SE
- Westman Village, 12 Mahogany Path SE
- Calligraphy I at Westman Village, 122 Mahogany Centre SE
- 51 Oak, 11 Mahogany Row SE
- Sandgate, 140 Mahogany Street SE
Westman Village is a village of its own with a large owners’ amenity building; see the Westman Village guide. For houses, semis and townhomes as well, see all Mahogany homes for sale.
How three of the buildings compare
These figures are compiled from MLS® listing data for each address and are on each building page, where they are kept current. They are typical values, not guarantees — individual units vary.
| Building | Built | Typical condo fee | Amenities listed in the MLS® data |
|---|---|---|---|
| Westman Village | 2018 | $785/mo | Indoor pool, fitness centre, clubhouse, guest suite, game court, dog park, bicycle storage |
| 51 Oak | 2015 | $502/mo | Clubhouse, beach access, car wash, visitor parking |
| Sandgate | 2025 | $395/mo | Fitness centre, guest suite, bicycle storage, visitor parking |
The pattern worth noticing: fees rise with the amenities the building carries, so the cheapest fee is not automatically the best value. A building with an indoor pool and clubhouse costs more to run than one with a fitness room and a guest suite. Divide a building’s fee by the unit’s square footage to compare like with like, then decide which amenities you would actually use.
Two layers of cost
A Mahogany condo can carry a condo fee set by the building’s corporation and a share of the community’s lake and Beach Club cost set by the Mahogany Homeowners Association. Whether the second is included in the first or billed separately depends on the building, so ask. Do not assume either way, and get the answer in writing. How the Mahogany fee works →
