Varsity Village

Within the Varsity community, residents enjoy access to a number of community amenities. Varsity Estates

As the most upscale development within the Varsity community, Varsity Estates consists almost entirely of single-detached homes without rear lanes. While much of the development is situated in the area next to Bowmont Natural Park and Silver Springs Gold and Country Club, the area that is served by the Varsity Community Association is bound to the north by Crowchild Trail, to the south by 32 Avenue, to the east by Crowchild Trail and to the west by Sarcee Trail. Due to the convenient location of the community, its residents enjoy easy access to a number of shopping outlets, civic attractions and the University of Calgary.
