We keep community-level Calgary housing data that CREB® does not publish at that granularity — sales, median sold price, days on market, active inventory and months of supply for 248 communities, on a rolling twelve-month basis. If you need a cut of it for a story or a research project, ask here.

What we will and won't do. We will pull aggregated figures, explain how they were calculated, and say plainly when a sample is too small to support a claim. We will not supply listing-level MLS® data, and we will not confirm a number we cannot show you the method for. Our methodology is public.
