Established in 1932, the low-density residential community of Winston Heights / Mountview is bound to the north by the lane north of 34th Avenue, to the south by 16th Avenue, to the west by Edmonton Trail and to the east by Deerfoot Trail. Despite having been established in 1932, most of the Winston Heights/Mountview development took place in the 1950s and focused around a core of war-time homes. Thanks to its location, the Winston Heights/Mountview community offers residents easy access to the Downtown Calgary area via Edmonton Trail.
