Hidden Valley Homes For Sale

Established in 1990, the community of Hidden Valley is bound to the north by Stoney Hill, to the south by Country Hills Boulevard, to the east by Beddington Trail and to the west by Shaganappi Trail. As such, the community is located to the north of the communities of MacEwan and Sandstone. Thanks to the community's location, residents do not have to travel far in order to enjoy a number of recreational activities. Yet, with the extensive pathway system found within the community, residents can easily enjoy all that the community and the surrounding area has to offer.

As a relatively young community, the first home wasn't built in the Hidden Valley community until 1991. Since then, the community has grown to be home to approximately 3,800 homes. While the community does not currently have a community centre, there are plans to build one in the future. The community also features an NHL-sized outdoor skating rink and sports fields. Tennis courts are also planned for the future.

Elementary-aged children whose parents are interested in homes for sale in the Hidden Valley community may attend the public schools of Hidden Valley or Valley Creek, with both offering a French Immersion program. Hidden Valley School is unique in that it only serves Kindergarten through third grade students, while Valley Creek serves only fourth through sixth grade students. The Catholic elementary schools of St. Elizabeth Seton and St. Pius also serve the community, with the latter offering a French Immersion program. Public junior high schools serving the Hidden Valley community include Valley Creek and George P. Vanier, with George P. Vanier offering a French Immersion program. The Catholic junior high schools of St. Elizabeth Seton and Madeleine d'Houet also serve the community. Public high schools serving the Hidden Valley community include Crescent Heights and William Aberhart, with the latter offering a French Immersion program.
