Calgary Real Estate Sales for 2010 | Calgary Realtor |Crystal Tost
Calgary Real Estate Homes and Condos Sold by Calgary Realtor Crystal Tost in 2010
While 2010 was not a record selling year by any means for Calgary Real Estate, it was still a decent year for Crystal Tost and I have to thank my clients for their loyalty and trust over the past year. In slower markets buyers and sellers have to look for professional representation in their Calgary Realtor. Not all Calgary Realtors are considered equal and clients know they need the best representation for their hard earned money during economically challenged times.
With mortgage changes fronting the hot activity for the Calgary real estate spring market in 2010 making the balance of the year reasonably slower. Many buyers rushed to get ahead of the rule changes made to lending last year and we found that many of those buyers would have maybe bought later in the year but they were forced to jump into the Calgary real estate market quicker than they had wanted to ensure they qualified under the previously more lenient mortgage lending rules.
The last half of the year saw a more balanced market with a decent selection of homes for buyers to contend with and price corrections in communities with a bigger supply of properties on the market for sale.
In 2010 we saw a record number of luxury homes change hands over $1 Million in the Calgary real estate market, moving along at a decent pace. Which concludes that there is faith in market recovery over the next months / years.
A special THANK YOU to my clients in 2010 that bought or sold homes and condos with me during the course of the year. Your loyalty and confidence is appreciated and I look forward too assisting you , your friends and family as your Calgary Realtor representative in 2011 in the Calgary real estate market.
