My name is Alice; I recently arrived in Calgary with my husband. I was in charge to prospect for a real estate agent. I got on Crystal’s website browsing the internet. It Does Matter Who You List With…
My home was listed with two other REALTOR® s for a period of approximately 10 months. The listing had expired in January 2002 and that is when Crystal’s office contacted me. I was unsure of who to trust, I had already been falsely promised by others, and I really needed to sell my home, I could not afford another mistake.
Once I listed my home, I was pleasantly surprised. There really was no comparison to her marketing efforts. In just two days, I had two offers and my home sold at list price. I would recommend Crystal to anyone!
